An inspirational, grassroots community energy conservation campaign that resonates across three economically diverse communities in Seattle, WA. The 3 year grant-funded program goal was to reduce 6,904 metric tons of carbon emissions by performing 5,000 home energy assessments, 2,000 home energy upgrades and accomplish a minimum of 15% energy savings in each home.

Channels included local transit advertising, email campaigns, community digital dashboards, social media campaigns, business district signage, websites, brochures, local events, decals, lawn signs, banners, apparel, print + digital ads, direct mail and local cooperative marketing.

Launch event attendance was 100% above goal, leading to a 36% program participation rate and a boost in local retail sales. 52 new green construction jobs were also created. RePower secured more than 45 media stories, leading to high program adoption and funding extensions.
